1. Enoxaparin sodium may cause thrombocytopenia, occasionally abnormal aminotransferase and alkaline phosphatase, rare injection local ecchymosis, abnormal liver function.

2. It has been reported that intraspine hemorrhage may occur when intrathecal epidural anesthesia or postoperative indwelling epidural catheter is injected with enoxaparin sodium, which can cause different degrees of nerve damage, including long-term or permanent paralysis.
